Sanlam is broke(n)
Why don't you just admit you're bankrupt. You can't even afford to phone policy holders when their employers are not paying (more than a year no contact from Sanlam to indicate discrepencies on policies), your office workers continuously delete or lose emails sent and then claim they receive nothing, but when paperwork has been sent 4 or 6 times one starts to wonder who is lying about what to whom because I was a personal witness to emails sent to your company. And it's been years and you can't even contact those policy holders now? We (without money) have to scrounge around to try and contact you, you that kept quiet. You can move policies (emails work for those which is weird) because that requires no payment but when it comes to paying you disappear and claim no knowledge of paperwork. Years worth of sent paperwork that you still didn't receive. I also have proof on payslips of money deducted for your company. It's time to start a class action I suppose. So you GAVE NO PROPER FEEDBACK to the many requests of the Employer and just decided to shut up... FOR MONTHS!!! While innocent employees are caught in your little marital spat, while you ommit information from policy holders. Seems like a real above board little system you've got going here huh? Sorry but if I had the money you owed me I would've phoned you myself, but you seem to take some joy out of this willfully spiteful spirit you cultivate in your company. No help or aftersale service worth mentioning. Oh and please get an IT tech for those broken emails of yours. Since 'read receipts' are imaginary and the existence of emails can be **** away by call centres now. We as policy holders have to make sure our contact details are correct so that your company can have it...and never use it. You cannot request information freely but you're not willing to supply some to from time to time. How does that work? People who paid you for years just have to smell whats going on in their own finances...and somehow plan accordingly. Even driving to one of your offices means wasting money I don't have. It just honestly feels like a massive personal infringement. Since my finances are afterall, mine. Or am I being dense? Is the word "Insured" not supposed to make you feel secure or safe. Did you have your SOP's designed by the same people that did the government's?
