SANLAM is bing personal on professional issues

I'm very much disgruntled and perplexed on how *SANLAM* handles it self around black people. I feel *SANLAM* is bing personal then bing professional firstly for example. If I'm your client a I write down my wishes meaning the service's you offering me as your client. If there are any changes in my personal love life and I haven't done changes with the products you offered me it still stands as is. If fill I need to changes on the product it's my obligation to do so not *SANLAM*. When we join *SANLAM*or should I say the the companies who are under the umbrella of *SANLAM* we are 18 years and above we are naturally stable and doing what if fit for ourselves. The person who I'm writing about used to be your employee. She passed away on the 3 January 2020 in Nigeria. One year and 19 days later you are depriving her children there needs. The company promised the deceased children counseling a week after there mother's passing. So counseling the kids is part of the investigation? Meaning haven't done any of your promise. You treat their father as if he is the suspect in their mothers death or a case of abuse against his children... If you're company was professional not been personal. if *SANLAM* is professional as they say they are they should a used there recourses to the investige not to course tromer . We know SANLAM they are not stupid they know children's act 38 of 2005.
