Sanlam is bad news

Sanlam service at this moment is annoying me. I transferred my preservation fund after resignation and asked for a portion to be paid out. Nothing was paid out. After I emailed to enquire about the request, I was sent an application to withdraw from my fund. I asked why as I had already requested that part of my fund be paid out to me. Liezl Joubert Couldn’t care less even after I explained to her that I had already filled out a form to request withdrawal, instead of her admitting or investigating what had happened, she asks someone else to deal with me. I’m not a fool to keep on filling out application forms when I know damn well I am not at fault, Sanlam is. Instead of its employees taking accountability they’d rather just not deal with you. Fast forward to today an email had been sent out on the 24th of April to Joreen De Jager to assist to rectify the mistake, another follow up email was sent on the 04th of May to the same person, another follow up again today 01 June 2020 to the same person. Why isn’t anything being done? How many follow up emails should it take for a request to be completed really? This is nonsense.
