Sanlam is *********** and useless

Useless and so *********** Sanlam, join at your own risk. I have annuity plan with this useless and *********** Sanlam and the agreed debit date is the 1st of every month. But they keep on debiting on the 25th since January. Every month the send me email apologizing and tell me it won't happen again. We are now in June still doing the same thing. I have wrote them email requesting to move to Alexander Forbes, they ignore it. That's how useless and *********** they are
