Sanlam is adding accounts on my clear score and I dont have any debts with them

Good day

I have a problem with Sanlam they keep adding accounts on my clear score even though I dont have any accounts with them, this is the second time now and my credit score keeps decreasing. I tried to call today and they transferred my to 4 departments and no one could assist me. This is frustrating as it is affecting my score.
