Sanlam is a ****,its just as good as a pyramid scheme. They can not be trusted at all!!!
I made an inquiry with regards to my life cover policy and was also granted a payment holiday from April. I wanted to know what a way forward to pay my monthly and instead I got told that your records state that I haven't been paying since then. I appreciate you guys showing your true colors before my demise. Now I know that my family would struggle with a pay out judging from your terrible administration and how you guys work in bad faith.
DO NOT GET A LIFE COVER WITH SANLAM YOUR FAMILY WILL NOT GET THE MONEY!!!!
If I could give a rating of zero I would give less than that
