SANLAM is a **** !!!

We had the worst experience with Sanlam. My mother had been paying Sanlam for years thinking she was securing hers and our future (my twin & I) she never missed a single payment with them, but when she got sick she never got any payout not even the money she had been paying for years. We were also supposed to receive an educatioonal payout as soon as we were done with High School it never paid out, my mom's hospital bills were never taken care off. The Sanlam Intermediary was Mr Doug Damant. Sanlam is a **** they didn't even have the decency to pay her back the money she had been getting deducted every month on her payday. Please assist us.
