Sanlam is a ****

People dont ever be fooled into taking any sanlam products, i took out this sanlam reality membership which i pay R35 a month for and is suppose to give me 10x movie tickets for R20 each per month and a whole lot of other stuff. To date i have only ever been able to book movies through their sanlam reality portal once ever and on 3 other occassions when i tried to do this it comes to a point where i have to select the number of tickets and then it just kind of freezes and nothing happens. The portal gives u a call center contact number should you experience any difficulty online however when i called i was told that the agents who do the bookings have left at 13:00 and will only be back on the next business day. Please people R35 is not a lot of money but dont waste it on some piece of **** service that sanlam supposedly offers. Not to mention i took out a retirement annuity like 2 years ago and to date its nothing more than a loss. Sanlam is bad they hire BEEE people from NKandla to work for them hence their service and offerings suck. I am cancelling both my retirement annuity and this **** reality membership.
