Good morning

I would like to write a complaint because I have been dealing with sanlam regarding policies that are deducting from my Salary.I emailed them requesting cancelation since Feb but to date they are deducting from my salary. Im not happy at all because sanlam is not even taking my request serious. I want my refund as in like today.
