Sanlam is a ****!

Sanlam Sky has done it again! Last month they made me pay arrears for a policy that I clancelled last year April. After many complaints and attempts to resolve this they failed to explain why they are taking a payment for a closed policy then just before pay day, they are sending me an sms saying that I owe arrears. What's so funny is that they sent this sms when it's too late to even go to the bank and stop the debit. I feel that Sanlam is ****ming me because I've had policies with them for many years and not even once did i fail to pay for my policies and all of a sudden I'm owing them for old policies. Is this how Sanlam is doing business nowadays, by ****ming it's members of their hard earned money???
