Sanlam is a ****
None existent customer care, yet they're never late to collect your money. Their call center will finish your airtime, for such a big institution there's no call back option. Their self help WhatsApp number is also useless. You send and email and no one replies to assist with your problem, you are always furnished with an automated reply.
