Sanlam Invesments

i Would like to make south africans aware of this **** called Sanalam, My day invested his pensions with them and when he needed the money, He was not able to get his investment amd to make matters worse he was sick and constantly needed to use money but regardless they were refused the money by SANLAM ,now my dad passed away without seeing a cent of his investment , he wrote my mom as a beneficiary, My mom was promised the money after 14 days but yesterday she got only interest with my dad used to get on the investement ,Today he toke a loan to get airtime to find out about the payment she was expecting from them and now told she needs to change the investment on her name before she gets the money, How the hell ?

We talking about a pensioner who depends on the money to pay off the medical debts that my dad left,
