Sanlam insurance nightmare

For two days now with no luck trying to get Sanlam Insurance and loans to assist me applying for claiming on retrenchment the call centre staff do not listen and have to explain with each call over and flippen over again got one helpfully supervisor Casima but can not get hold of her again this is 2 days now with no resolve and costing me a fortune on my cell holding on for close to 2hrs in 2 days really really bad service
