SANLAM INFRIGMENT OF THE POPI ACT BY USING CONSUMERS INFORMATION FOR SALES

Sanlam is giving out information without the necessary authority to use same. If Sanlam wants to improve sales they must do so without breaking the law. Sanlam is no better than any other company and must abide by the law of the land.

Protection of Personal Information Act (often called the POPI Act or POPIA) is there for a reason.

That information should be available to you from your marketing team. The same people you pay to harass us with calls whilst we are busy with our own day to day.

The Law is settled on the issue Protection of Personal Information Act, Sanlam must get in line.
