Sanlam Indie using death to rob people

I wish I could give you -100 the consultant who called me to sell me this ******* insurance had a phone to call yet this bogus company is unreachable, they been deducting my premiums on time every month however I had a problem with my account and all my debit orders returned and I had to reinstate all of them I tried to get ahold of this useless company whom I took out cover for my mum for by the way only to find out I'm insured with the phantom of the opera. They've never sent me policy documents or a policy number for that matter but I assumed well its Santam I should be fine I've been trying to contact these aliens for two days and no one seems to know where they're hibernating. I can't find them to arrange to pay THEM imagine if they need to pay me. Do yourselves a huge favour people rather seek cover with Avbob at least they can afford a Telkom line. In this day and age you want to tell me you don't have a phone line I shall report you to the Insurance Ombudsman I'm sure they will find you. I see some lady wrote a review of how great the service was when the consultant called her, sweetie wait until you call them only to find out you can't reach them coz they don't have phone lines. You people better call me coz your online robot does not respond either.
