Sanlam indie ****** me

Sanlam indie cancelled my contract on a missed payment they did.I was on my 5th missed payments and phoned in to make arrangements.I asked can't I pay the money in and they said they do not do it that way only through debit orders.So they arranged that the missed payment will be added to the next debit order.On the next debit order they where suppose to take R250 they only took R101.I send a message to the person who made the arrangements and he said he will look in to it.Later I received a message saying my policy is cancelled.Meaning I lost all my money because of them not doing the correct debit and them refusing me to do a debit before my last payment.My problem with this company is they never told me if you missed 6 payments than they cancel your policy.They are also the first company where you can't pay money in.Meaning I can't make arrangedment to correct a missed payment.Iam coming for you Sanlam with my lawyer.
