Sanlam Indie doesnt want to payout!
Ive submitted a claim for my cousin who passed on, on the second day they dont even give me an update on my claim I had to comment on my ticket and they tell me the claim is being investigated further and can take 1 -5 days. This is my cousin, same address, same surname, grew up together and live together and now in my time of pain I have to look around and find other relatives who might have insurances, and they claimed and got paid within 24hrs! by other insurers.
Take my advise, stay away from these people, Ive been recommending them for years and now I regret it, i'm currenlty looking into other insurers for my life cover and funeral cover, would want my child to struggle with a claim like this!

So from where I'm seating, talk is easy, don't text just do! And updates would have been very appreciated, I literally have to ask for an update, not even much information has been provided, I dont even know the reason for the "further investigation"
