Their poor communication leaves a serious bad taste in one's mouth as they never bother to reply to any emails, and this is seriously worrisome as that is the only way they can be reached. I've been getting double debited for the past 3 months, have been enquiring about this error and no one from their team has bothered to respond to the emails.

This really makes one to wonder if they will really pull through in their time of need.
