SANLAM INDIE

I have a monthly payment that has to be paid to me every month on a policy from my late husband, and so many times they either miss my payment or pay it late, and every time I have to run around to get the money in my bank account for my debit orders to go off on the first of every month, again this month I did not receive my payment as yet, and every time I have to phone them regarding the payment, I'm just fed up with this. Sanlam has this big image, but their admin and service is terrible.
