I have had a terrible experience with this insurer been paying my premiums via a debit order suddenly I received an email telling me my cover os canceled due to non payment when I question it with prove of payments I was told they are investigating up to this day no one has got back to me that time am sitting thinking my family it's covered they are good at collecting but poor on service I want answers and if it comes to push they must refund me all my premiums I seek another insurance clearly they are ******
