Sanlam Income Protector (Looser)

<p>I have an Income protector policy with Sanlam. I had sugery after an accident. The Orthopedic specialist booked me off on medical leave till January 2017. (1) I gave all the relevant international coded medical documents to Sanlam.The Sanlam doctor on the board didn't understand the codes. I had to refer it back to the othopedic specialist 3 times. Every time made a new appointment and book a consultation. My costs and a surgeon getting irritated with me. (2) Sanlam decided the Dr's recovery period is to long they only pay me till October 2016. (3) Every payment they made to me was late and I had to borrow money so my debitorders don't bounce. I supp**** Sanlam with bank statements to proof my loss of income.(4) Sanlam is forcing me to start work while I am not fully recovered. I can obtain permanent damage if I start work to quickly. I am sure they will find a reason to decline such a claim! </p>
