Impossible to speak to an agent at Sanlam. Their Whatsapp line is useless

19 May 2026, 17:57I spent 48 minutes on Whatsapp on 18/05/2026 i.r.o. Termination request, Phindi announced that an email with the form was sent, but I never received it. Furthermore, on Whatsapp they do not quote a service rtequsre number. I saw online that there is a serfvice rquest number *** allocated to this matter.
Today, I held on for more than an hour, no response per whatsapp.
Please just send termination form for policy ***1x9 to ***
