Sanlam icover the worst possible funeral cover!

I joined a Sanlam icover online the year 2020 May, the policy documents were sent to me via email that stipulated that the annual increase will be 5%. To my surprise this year I received an email stating that the increase will be R144 and I was paying R261 and I was shocked. I contacted them to find out if it was a mistake and they confirmed it was true. I tried to plead with them as I am a pensioner I cannot afford such an increase and they didn't want to listen. I was forced to cancel it and they refused to refund me even 6 months premiums back. I reported them to the Ombudsman which was also waste of time because the administrator handling my case sided with them. I wouldn't recommend Sanlam products to anyone they're ******.
