Sanlam icover is so pathetic-seems like a ****!!! You cannot reach Icover even if you had death in your family

Message from Fre****ine Frazenburg: Sanlam iCover is so pathetic you would think it is a ****!!!!!

The Sanlam website directs you to the following numbers: ***/0860 726 526, when you hold for a consultant they just drop the call every time!!!! We have had death in the family but cannot claim!!!! Been paying policy for 4 years now!!!!

I need someone to call me back, each department keeps saying they do not have record of the policy because every section of the business has separate records. Pathetic organisational structure for such a massive organisation!!!!

THERE IS NO WAY TO REACH ANYONE AT ICOVER!!!!!!
