Sanlam icover double debit again

It's the second month now sanlam I over had double debited me. This is really irritating every year they do this. To reverse the funds the bank charges me R50. They take 13 days to refund that's too long. Last month I called them they said I can reverse they'll debit in 3 days. They did now this month again I must be charged another R50 to reverse. Why was this not fixed last month. I can't afford to be double debited my other debit orders get affected. Is it really hard to fix this thing.
