Sanlam have very poor processes in place

I cancelled a GAP policy with Sanlam in December. They gave written confirmation that the last premium will be collected in December and the policy will be canceled from 31 December 2024. At the beginning of January a new premium was taken. They are now taking their time to refund me. It's funny how quick they can effect a debit order for your premium but they have a long and timely process to rectify their error.

Still no reply.
This is probably the worse service I've ever received from a company.

Good day Mayur     The consultant has called the number provided, however, the number listed on the complaint and on the system belongs to the dependent. They attempted to contact you to obtain authorization, but the number went to voicemail.

Thanks I subsequently spoken to your colleague. It took almost 2 weeks to resolve. Not good.
