Sanlam has no interest in service delivery / client liaison. Liberty (EQ-FIN) is the market leader in service delivery.
I approached Sanlam on numerous occasions to discuss changes to be made to my Risk insurance. Unfortunately no one contacted me. There seems to be no interest in client service. I must admit that the Financial Advisor from Liberty (EQ-FIN) is focused on service delivery. I recommend that the Sanlam clients switch to Liberty (EQ-FIN).
