Sanlam has lost the plot
Pathetic service. I app**** for a money saver credit card on the 18th of March. Today is the 4th of May and still no card. I've made countless calls and spoke to more than one manager....still nothing. Reality is dragging Sanlams good name through the mud. I honestly no longer want the product. Its a nightmare. Safe yourselves the trouble

12 May 2022, 18:55Just an update for the readers. Shortly after my initial post. I received a call from sanlam customer service justifying the 1 month delay claiming that their supplier was unable to supply blank cards...really? Change suppliers!!!! Anyway as indicated in my initial post. I asked for my application to be canceled immediately and requested proof of cancelation in writing by email. Im not suprised...a week later and still no cancellation...im starting to think that Sanlam is a state owned enterprise.
