Sanlam has a tedious process for the withdrawal on the tax free investments

Sanlam has a tedious process for the withdrawal on the tax free investments. I submitted all documents on 10 May, TODAY 8 days later they tell me that there is one outstanding document….this is the day before they estimated the claim would be complete. Very ***********. Surely you could have told me this last week already. I submitted the document 3 hrs later and now I was told that the claim will take another 48 HRS to process. Howww??
