Sanlam Gap Total Imcompetence.

Sanlam Gap is atrocious! I have never dealt with such incompetence. It is like the people working there can't comprehend, read or write. Got sent an update policy of renewal for next year 2025, only to discover they were charging incorrect rates and had removed my wife from my dependants on my policy. Firstly, I am supposed to get a Bonitas special rate. Sanlam Gap is trying to charge me more. Secondly, I have sent through the medical aid certificate 3 times now and still they leave my wife off my policy. Dries is the only person trying to help me resolve this, but now they have sent me a letter saying my policy is cancelled. What the hell ??? It's supposed to be a simple update and they can't even get that right. What about my claims? I am so worried and have lost complete faith in Sanlam Gap. Do not phone me. Email only.
