SANLAM GAP COVER *******

This week I noticed Sanlam Gap cover has been charging me R352 for cover even though the website says R200 for personal individual cover I queried how I could be paying that amount for the past 5 years ( Initial payment R200 with inceases) and the only answer I get is it was one rate for individual and family plans. Which is ridiculous. What was I paying for all these years if I am the only member on my medical aid. Where did my increases go to if now only individuals are being charged R200. They are refusing to refund me. I want answers and a refund but they refuse to assit me. Today I phoned and spoke to Kercia Charles. This lady was exceptionally rude ; had a poor attitude and didn't give me a chance to speak. She continuous interrupted me and talked over me. I literally had to ask her for a chance to speak and to let me finish. Disgusted with this service after being a client for 10 years. I would have expected an institution like Sanlam to employ people of a higher calibre. And to address client concerns in a more professional manner.
