sanlam Gap cover lies about payments

on 08 November 2022 I received the email below:

Please note that the ex-gratia payment was made on the 2022/11/07. It should reflect within the next 3-5 business days

on 11 November 2022 I received this email Kindly note that the claims will be paid as per the treatment dates and not as a lump sum amount of R######

We trust you find the above in order.

Now please help me understand i wanted to pay my daughters physio. Her physio sessions which she needs so desperately is suspended yes its not your fault but i bargained for this to be paid already.

Good day Mandie

We are not sure how else we can be of assistance.  It was confirmed that the amount will be available within a certain number of days.  Sanlam does not have control over how long it takes for money to reflect in a bank account.  We would suggest that if you have any further queries to contact the consultant who has been assisting you.
