SANLAM GAP COVER

I have medical aid and Gap Cover. Over the past two years my wife and I had 5 operations where medical aid did not cover everything (LA Health).

I encourage people to get Gap Cover from Sanlam as they were very professional in dealing with all the claims submitted by me. They covered all the claims that medical aid did not pay. There was one particular account that Vincent Palloti Hospital sent to me over a year ago which was not covere by medical aid. This was no fault of mine and in terms of Sanlams claim policy, it was over the prescribed time for claiming. Sanlam Gap Cover paid that amount of R 5610 over to me and I paid it over to the hospital.
