Sanlam Gap Cover does not have policy number. Rejects claim yet again.

My parents have the above Gap cover policy with Sanlam.

My mum went for an operation on the 01st of September 2023 and thereafter started submitting documentation through for payment by Gap Cover.

While recovering, my mum has in inundated with sms's and rejection emails asking for finalised bills and to my absolute horror, Sanlam Gap Cover, today rejected the claim as they do not have the policy number. Seriously?

Our entire family has been loyal investors with Sanlam for years and are appalled with the level of service that we are receiving from Sanlam Gap Cover.

Do better.
