Sanlam Gap cover - Appaling

Sanlam Gap Cover is an absolute joke. They take forever to pay your claim. The turnaround as per their website 7 -10 days. I have now been waiting nearly 21 days for the claim to be processed. When I phoned today they advised that it still in the process of getting processed. Do yourself and favour and don't waste your time of money on Sanlam Gap cover. They don't even deserve the 1 star.
