Sanlam Gap Cover administration completely dysfunctional.

I'm seeing more and more bad reviews for Sanlam Gap Cover administered by Centriq, and here's one more.

I'm sitting at 1.5 months and they still haven't submitted it to the insurer. I have had them confirm telephonically that I have submitted everything correctly, and received multiple escalation numbers, with the completely false promise that it has been submitted to the insurer and that I should expect a response within 24 to 48 hours. Yet every second time I phone back, they say "it's almost finished with finalization and will be sent to the insurer within 24 hours." This kafkaesque loop has continued for almost 3 weeks now.

These delays will be costing customers for whatever penalties their medical service suppliers will add on for late payments.

In the repeated calls I've made, they acknowledge they're suffering a huge backlog and processing is taking up to a month or more on average, yet all official correspondence and automated responses continue to promise "7-10 working days". This is completely misleading and false and they know it.
