Sanlam Gap cover

I am so disgusted with Sanlam Gap cover I requested a copy of my gap cover (via email)document and received a reply that they will respond within 14 days. Really just for a copy of my document. Try phoning you hold on forever and don't even mention going on whatsapp as the bot gets confused if you request something that's not on the menu. Needless to say i will be cancelling mine as I'm not going to deal with such pathetic service. I have been paying long enough for nothing. Taking my business elsewhere.
