Sanlam Gap Cover

I was in theatre for a procedure in Lakeview hospital. My medical aid did not pay the total amount claimed by the hospital. Sablam Gap Cover informed me that hospital expenses are not covered by my policy. I have asked Sanlam Gap Cover for an explanation. I have not received an answer or explanation in 10 days. Incredibly poor service
