Sanlam funeral is a disappointment

My brother was shot and ****ed in Cape Town on the 29th June 2018. I called my sales advisor about his death, she told me they will need a police report. Which was good bt she never mentioned the police report form I should be collecting from them. We went to their offices to submit, only then we were given the form. Mind u we are in EC and the person who was arranging and meeting with the investigators was in Cape Town had come home with the deceased body. And we were told I will be investigated in case i had a hand in my brothers ******.

We managed to email the form to the detectives on the 4th and they sent it back on the 5th. So everything was submitted but now it's Wednesday and I haven't heard anything from Sanlam. It's the funeral on Saturday. I don't know what to do anymore.

Why so we even pay these funeral policies if they will not assist in time of need
