Sanlam- ********** deduction
For 8 Months I've been trying to stop Sanlam South Africa to stop the Fradulent deduction on my salary. I work for Western Cape government, I got a surprise of my life seen an amount of R190 for Sanlam Sky which I did not even know about from my payslip. I communicated with HR and realise that I was not the only me who is **** by Sanlam, six of my other colleague have been also **** by Sanlam. I email their office and even went to their Bellville branch which is located in Sanlam Head Office,2 Strand Road Bellville, South Africa and did not get any assistance. Requesting a proof of me signing up for salaam sky which I don't even know anything about and no one could provide that proof. it is very sad being **** by a company with such reputation, they should have record of us taking Sanlam Sky or the person who help us join Sanlam sky but nothing is been done even after I sent several emails and did not even get a response. people be careful of this ****, it is targeting government employees.i am waiting for a response from sanlam top management or a legal action will follow . we dealing with OVID-19, we can be stressing about ****s as well.
