Good fay,
I approached one of your sales agent and signed up for an life investment policy in October 2020 at work and he assured me that the first premium will only be deducted in February 2021 an amount of R151 in total which is the amount I agreed on and signed for.To my surprise i saw Policies reflecting in my November2020 payslip I saw a premium of R326 and again in December.January even worse they deducted an amount totalling R477 which I never signed ip for. I have been phoning and requesting cancellation and refund with no luck.
