Sanlam-Forensic Investigation

Sanlam, The Ombudsman does not conduct signature reviews. They have closed the matter.
I re**** on Sanlam to independently verify the signatures and all other discrepancies on the policy. Instead Sanlam opted to overlook the errors and false information. I am confident that Sanlam would never have paid these policies in the event of a claim. Names and surnames spelt incorrectly on the policy document. And other pertinent information is also incorrect. Sanlam would seek every possible reason to avoid settling or honouring the claim. You have every possible resource/power to verify the signatures independently yet you chose to base your forensic investigation on a report by the very same Broker who forged my signature. Of course the Broker will lie to cover his own indiscretions. His allegations of meeting me and his emails is also lies. Sanlam, together with Blue Star, a division of Sanlam, failed to acknowledge and accept accountability for their actions. Furthermore, Sanlam did not address or rectify the misspelling of the names. Sanlam refrained from conducting an independent signature verification, out of concern regarding the potential outcome. Such a review would have substantiated my claim that I had never signed. I am in the process of cancelling these policies. Thank you for nothing Sanlam.
