Sanlam FAIL
Worst company ever! Will try what they can not to pay a valid claim by looking for contractual loopholes. Not to be trusted . Avoid at all costs.

05 Nov 2021, 14:56No thanks: Let me give you an example of your service: "John died" sorry it is not possible you are writing to us. "No I am the executer of the estate, I am not the desceased". Oh okay, are you sure they are dead? (photo of corpse). Where did they die? (In Cape Town.) ahhhh then we can't pay! They are only allowed to die in Johannesburg in codes 2000 to 2193) Why? The policy says you need to advise us if you move! (names and place fabnricated) but yes,m they will find every contractual loophole not to pay a very valid claim. and I thought Discovery was bad!
