Sanlam estate is useless

My late dads estate has been put in the trusted hands of Sanlam.Unfortunately they have failed in every aspect and are wasting our time.They have cost more money with there delays.Asking for documents from them is like asking for a miracle.I want a clear date to what the process was taken according to the dates they have told us.I want this matter investigated as the people handling it is wasting our time.Will Sanlam take responsibility for any extra cost that occured due to delays which was told to us which seems to have not taken place cos they delayed the process.Will not recommend your services to anyone.
