Sanlam estate executor

Very bad service is being received from a broker at Jacaranda Bluestar-authorised by Sanlam, Andre du Preez. He is the executor of a family member's estate, but due to the fact that he conveniently forgot to tell them to courier the required documents to Sanlam they are about to lose their vehicle, because payments was not made. Very little of the required actions are being completed by this individual and feedback is non-existent. His manner is extremely rude and condescending towards people in a difficult enough time. No guidance was received from him on what is required. We are going to move our own personal insurance from Sanlam due to this nightmare. Please do not do business with them as it is a horrible experience. Unfortunately I am unable to give zero stars on this platform.
