To further the joke sanlam is playing on us, they have requested us to supply the claim documents no less then 2 times this last year, avoid avoid avoid when you pass they will take advantage of your desandants regardless of any medical needs and in this 4 year period they have not adjusted the pay let value meaning this ***** is part and parcel of the organization. AVOID AVOID

I'm sorry I can't accept another investigation that leads to sanlam delaying an additional month and then when the deadline arrives they don't even send an email of outcome or respond to any of my mails. It's 4 years and I need resolution. Do yiu know how it feels to beg for what's yours. We have 3 claims with different insurers and no problems accept with Sanlam. Why hasn't the payable amount increased in 4 years? Is this part of the **** on black people? Delay payments so you can still continue to benefit? I won't accept any private conclusion of this claim

Sanlam is completely a *****ulent insurer, after 4 years and yet another investigation I'm requested to provide the same information and the reason I didn't get a response was that I didn't put the paymentss from previous insurers in table format in my email forget the fact I sent through the actual prepayment letters from 2 different insurers. And then I'm told they have a 3rd trustee meeting this time. Please people beware if you are black they won't even hide they detain for you

It's funny how I predicted that they would respond to ask me for information that I had already provided was knew was they wanted me to put it in a table format and that the incrypted letters from Momentum and discovery where not to be trusted but a table format presentation by me would have ensured we were paid in less then 4 years. How a company preys on people who are grieving to inch out every possible trick to delay payment is sick especially in our case knowing the chronic condition my sibling has an the need for this payment still doesn't matter to them its a pension fund for goodness sake. Shameful staff shameful complaints division just an overall ******* instition

I must wait for another trustee meeting where they will be discussing our claim and again they asked for the same supporting documents from my other claims that I have presented so clearly the 3 other trustee meetings where a fiction sold to me by sanlam because if it's a contnuition of previous discussions why would I be requested to submit documents again? Because I didn't supply them in table format on email instead I attached all documents from non ******** insurers who care about the clients when grieving and don't ro everything legal and ******* to delay payment. My experience with Sanlam is one of complete shock that such an institution can engage in ******** delay of payments 4 year delay when other insurers have paid these pension funds but sanlam obviously have a different policy especially if your black they will only respond to your emails once you come on Hello Peter. And my thanks to hello Peter so at least there's a place I can warn people about this company who again after 4 years are still having trustee meetings since the begining of August now there's another meeting. If you have children with chronic medical conditions and your pensions are with sanlam switch now before you pass and 4 years later your children are going to public hospitals because sanlam couldn't resist taking advantage off them I mean HONESTLY 3 TRUSTEE MEETINGS AND NOW ANOTHER 1 AND WE STILL DON'T EVEN HAVE THE RESPONSE FROM THE FIRST MEETING

Sanlam is a ******** organization that targets those who are unable to get legal representation to fight or persue justice on they behalf and unsurprisingly the Compliants division is only made to delay process further with numerous investigations just because they know you have a chronic condition and without the medical treatment the payment will allow you to afford could be critical so they where hoping that I die so they could continue holding on to funds they should have long paid out. But unfortunately for sanlam there's public hospitals and hello Peter. I so wish what sanlam is doing to us can get done to all your employees children when they pass because sanlam is enagainh in disgusting not just ******** acts. Move your pensions people move them,
