Sanlam employee fund. Worst company EVER!

I got retrenched on the 31st of August 2020 and my papers were submitted. Today is the 3rd of November 2020 and I still have not received any pay out for provident fund. I'm unemployed and I'm depending on the money. I made lots of calls to Sanlam but nobody could advise when I will get paid. I made a complaint and got no call for that either. I got given numbers of people within the company that should assist and they don't reply to emails, or answer the calls. Worse company to have a policy with. They so quick to take the money but slow to give it back.
