Sanlam Employee Benefits – Poor Service and No Feedback on Provident Fund Claim
I resigned from my employer at the end of April 2026 and promptly submitted all the required documentation for the withdrawal/transfer of my Provident Fund. It has now been over 5 weeks, and I have received absolutely no feedback from Sanlam Employee Benefits. I have sent numerous follow-up emails, all of which have gone unanswered. Attempts to contact the call centre have also been unsuccessful, with waiting times exceeding an hour. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with clients’ financial matters. The lack of communication and support is extremely frustrating. I urgently request that Sanlam provide an update on the status of my claim and advise on when I can expect payment or resolution.
We are sorry to learn that you have not received any feedback on your claim and have arranged for assistance from Sanlam Corporate.
