Sanlam Employee Benefits is so ***********

Dealing with Sanlam employee benefits is a nightmare, for 2 months now I have been chasing for payment and everytime I call I am told different sh**T by different consultants. The payments consultant assigned to my claim, Gladwin Matji, submitted incorrect information to Standard Bank requesting for a letter, letter was sent and no one cared to update this on their system. They preaching the same verse everyday.
