Sanlam don't want to pay my Provident Fund I'm now don't have money for the fone calls

I have been waiting for my provident since October I call almost every day,I spend close to R100 every day you will hold for 30min to 45min for them to pick up the fone on Friday Mr Akani Maswanganyi he called me with this number *** he told me he was helping me with paper work he asked me to send some forms I did send on Monday he asked me to send the same forms which I did he was complaining of Why I'm not using my personal email cs I was using internet Cafe email even today I still feel he was trying to **** me,I'm sending emails every day no respond when they answere the fone they don't have answers I'm tired I resigned with a plan now every thing has stack I went to their offices still when u get there they will give you the fone I'm writing this cs now I'm no longer having money for making calls Like seriously their service need to change
